To register and maintain an active Account on the77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. the77 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
the77 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This target applies to verified Accounts with no outstanding KYC requirements. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high volume or where additional fraud screening is required. Withdrawals will only be released to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the the77 Account.
Deposits from accounts not registered in the Member's name are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the source, any associated winnings will be voided, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
the77 does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals in IDR. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which the77 accepts no responsibility.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied by the77 for members transacting in IDR.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by the77 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. All Bonus Funds have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been converted to real-money balance by meeting wagering requirements before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
